i tried IPL hair removal for underarms, bought the 1 year unlimited package. it was great, the staff were really nice and helpful, they called every month a day before our treatment to remind us our appointment. on my first appointment, the staff explain everything that i need to know about IPL, the procedures, the do&don't and everything. the room were neat and clean, so cozy. as for the treatment, for me personally, sometime it was a lil bit painful (just like insect bites) and sometimes i cant feel any pain at all. the staff said it was depending on our monthly hormones. i love the result, i can say that IPL work really great with me. my suggestion is, once you try IPL, you should committed to do this every months at least for a year, to get a great results.
